Who is she?

Rachel is an entrepreneur and seasoned sales and marketing executive with a dynamic career spanning corporate leadership and business ownership.

She has led and mentored a team of more than 400 women, generating over $1 million in sales, and is known for her ability to connect, communicate, and lead with both clarity and heart.

She is the founder of Spirited Prosperity, a platform created to support and encourage others in living with faith, resilience, and purpose.

Widowed at 49 after 24 years of marriage, Rachel walked through profound loss—and emerged with a renewed sense of faith, strength, and possibility. Today, she is joyfully remarried and embraces her role as a mother to two sons, a “bonus mom” to four daughters, and a proud YaYa to two little ones.

A graduate of Cottey College (A.A) and Southern Methodist University, ( B.B.A) Rachel has a passion for travel, history, and meaningful conversation. She is known for creating warm gatherings and supporting the local businesses that bring her community to life.

Through her life, her writing, and her work, Rachel inspires others to rise, rebuild, and live fully—no matter their circumstances.
